San Ramon Valley Street Smarts Announces 20th Annual “Be Reel!” Video Contest for Middle and High School Students
The San Ramon Valley Street Smarts program is thrilled to announce the 20th Annual “Be Reel!” Video Contest, inviting middle and high school students to unleash their creativity while promoting traffic safety.
This year’s theme is “Safety First!” Students are encouraged to create public service announcement videos that educate the community about important traffic safety issues.
Exciting Prizes Await!
High school participants (divided among up to 4 team members) can compete for the following prizes:
- 1st Prize: $300 in Amazon Gift Cards
- 2nd Prize: $200 in Amazon Gift Cards
- 3rd Prize: $100 in Amazon Gift Cards
Middle school participants can also win exciting prizes:
- 1st Prize: $300 in Amazon Gift Cards
- 2nd Prize: $200 in Amazon Gift Cards
- 3rd Prize: $100 in Amazon Gift Cards
The contest is open to all 6th through 12th grade students and provides an excellent platform to educate the community on traffic safety. The winning videos will be shared online and showcased at San Ramon Valley Elementary and Middle School Traffic Safety Education Assemblies.
Submission Deadline: 4:00 PM on January 30, 2025.
