Tracy: Movies on the Plaza (Encanto)

The Movies on the Plaza Series takes place at the Civic Center Plaza located at 10th & East Street. Free popcorn will be handed out upon the showing of the movie. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Movies begin at sunset.
