Mel’s Menu

When it’s my lunch time, the smells seem to attract my co-workers, who want to know what I made this time. I love creative cooking! I had something else in mind when I started this dish, and I just went with the flow. This is what developed and it is one of my favorite dishes.

Pork, baby tri colored potatoes, onion, garlic rosemary & thyme with a red wine Worcestershire sauce over baby spinach

I don’t use measurements, I just put everything in and go with my gut and how it tastes.

This recipe is Gluten, Dairy & Soy free, but DELICIOUS!
